Product Description

The FF-636M series electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve is a linear direct drive flow Servo Proportional Valve. This type of Servo Valve is directly driven by a proportional solenoid, without a pilot stage or internal throttling small hole structure. Therefore, it has low leakage, low hydraulic power consumption, strong anti pollution ability, and minimal impact on valve dynamics due to low system oil supply pressure drop. The LVDT valve core position sensor is used internally for position closed-loop control, resulting in small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability accuracy. Compared to general servo valves, this series of products has multiple power-off safety position functions to choose from, which can keep the system in a set safe state after unexpected power failure. The control box is designed with an external electrical zero adjustment device, making it more convenient to use. It is widely used in heavy Machinery, steel, metallurgical industries, as well as blowing and injection molding machines.

Operating Principle：

When a certain control signal is input to the control terminal of the servo valve, it is amplified by a digital amplifier to generate a corresponding driving current that acts on the proportional electromagnet. The proportional electromagnet generates driving force, which drives the displacement of the valve core and ultimately balances with the spring force and the hydraulic force of the valve core. The spool displacement sensor feeds back the position signal of the spool to the digital amplifier, forming a position closed-loop control, so that the spool displacement (i.e. output flow rate) is proportional to the input signal.
