The FF-106 series electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve is a two-stage dual nozzle baffle flow Servo Valve with force feedback. Under a pressure difference of 21MPa, its flow range is 63L/min and 100L/min. This series of servo valves adopts a fully stainless steel shell, with a compact internal structure, high structural strength, and relatively small volume and weight.
